Summary

I'm Vfx Designer & Supervisor and now I'm experiencing the Vfx Creative Direction role.
The Academy Oscar Awarded Film "El Secreto de sus Ojos" (A.K.A. "The Secret in their Eyes") was one of the most important vfx project and recognition that I've done so far.

I've been working on CG Visual Effects Production since 1997. Before that, I was a passionate artist who love to play technically with digital images. Growing along with computer generated imagery rush, I was part of the first digital artist generation in Argentina using digital cinema equipment. I've worked in several post-production and visual effects disciplines including, motion graphics, 3d animation, compositing & on-set supervision. Due to my aesthetic background and technical know how, this experience made me reach positions like Vfx Supervisor and Vfx Department Director at different companies and projects. Furthermore, as Visual Effects Artist, I won membership access to the prestigious "Visual Effect Society" (a.k.a. VES).

My studies include an "Information Science" degree achieving two specializations diploma in "Audiovisual Production" and "Graphic Design" at the National University of Entre Ríos in Argentina.
Also, I was instructed by vfx Hollywood professionals among others from Sheridan College and Vancouver Film School. Besides, I've got a mastering degree in Visual Effects & 3D Animation internationally certified in Seattle (Washington, USA) by Mesmer 3D Animation Labs & Discreet (formerly Autodesk).

In 2006, Juan José Campanella proposed me to get involve into a partnership as founder and director of the VFX department at 100 Bares Producciones where I was part of the 2010 ACADEMY AWARDED FILM "The Secret in their Eyes" achieving an OSCAR as Best Foreign Language Film featuring my role as Vfx Supervisor.

Since 2010 I'm running, ONER Vfx, a visual effect boutique from Buenos Aires providing vfx services for feature films and television projects.
